No internet

Hi there - I had no internet for 2 hours now tried to restart modem multiple times with no improvement. The DSL light is on and the online diagnostics said I am connected. On my laptop it says ‘your newly installed broadband equipment is waiting to be automatically configured’. But my service was set up in January.
Still on hold with the hotline. Please assist.

Are you still not able to connect to the internet?

 

If no, based on the error message you are receiving, you need to check the configuration of the modem/router.

 

Do you know how to access the modem interface via 192.168.1.1?

@BasilDV still no internet, i tried to reboot it on the modem interface still did nothing. Not sure what else to do and still on hold with the technical support hotline…
