Received an email from TPG on Friday 10/04/2020 titled: NBN Bundle Installation Confirmed.
In short, it informed me that: Activation for your service has now been confirmed:
NBN Technology: NBN Hybrid Fibre Coaxial (HFC)
Your NBN service is due to be activated within 2 working days. You are not required to be home for the installation.
It is not nearly a full week later, and despite receiving a text to tell me how to connect router etc, the internet light on the modem is not ON.
Assistance to resolve urgently please.
