Not receiving Verification code

I have been trying to log into my account for several days, but not getting the verification code each time.  I raised the problem with one of your tech guys couple of days ago and he said it would notify the correct the appropriate dept but I tried today again but still same problem

Are you trying to log in via the APP or on a browser?

On the browser. What does it matter? I was on the phone to one of your tech guys a couple of days ago and he tried sending a code and it didn't work so he said he'll report the problem to get it fixed. But why am I telling you this? You should be able to see this on the customer interactions on your client data base. He was helping me solve a speed problem.

Just tried it on the app. Same problem.
