Now on day 3 without internet - No Update or information.

All I have is a text message yesterday confirming I'm a "part of an outage" but no timeline further information or update whatsoever since. 

I just want to know what's going on. 

 

We work from home and must have this resolved before the week starts.

I scheduled a call-back last night.

 

No call back.

 

No idea what's going on. 

Currently searching for other providers.
