Orange light

Hello,

I’ve just connected my modem to the nbn but the orange light won’t change to green and it’s not picking up the internet

@Jessiestott91  I ran a test on the connection and I do not see any issues on the lines outside. Is the router connected to UNI D 1 port on the NTD?

 

Below are the NBN FTTP set up guide, can you please if everything is connected as recommended and the light status of both NTD and router.

Hi Joseph,
Nbn came out today and fixed it! I haven’t been home to make sure it’s all working but all the lights are green, it just says that my modem isn’t connected on the app and there’s no internet on the app? Is this correct or does it take a while to update I’ve attached a photo

It appears that the signal is present however, we need to configure the router with your TPG username & password. 

 

The assigned Engineer has tried contacting you today to no avail. 

 

I'll request for them to contact you again to assist you with the router configuration.
