Hi TPG,
Our NBN has been down since the storm on Friday night and we know that there are many in the same situatuion in our suburb 2101.
You have advised in text that an engineer will attend on 29th Sep a whole 22 days away. I work from home because my office is shut due to COVID, this is unnaceptable.
I have replied to the text as I was advised by the call centre but have not received a response.
Can you please ensure that we either the engineer can attend sooner or you provide backup broadband internet.
Also can you ensure my bill is amended accordingly.
