The Engineers either have a wrong number or they're not calling. I can connect my phone to PC via ADB and pull the logs as evidence by running
adb shell su -c cp -r /data/data/com.android.providers.telephony/databases /sdcard/telephony adb shell su -c cp -r /data/data/com.android.providers.contacts/databases /sdcard/contacts adb pull /sdcard/telephony telephony adb pull /sdcard/contacts contacts
I'll PM you my number and will be available in the morning for their call.

None of the things you said happened or are. I recieved one phone call today from a number I did not recognise and the person mumbled something and then said "wrong number". Perhaps it was the engineer.
