PLANNED OUTAGE ?

Hello,

I've just contacted TPG tech support for NBN B/B "no service"

I'm told by TPG that its "not our problem - NBN are doing planned maintenance"

So I call NBN & they tell me "Nope - No planned maitenance at your address & area !"

This is pretty typical - slow speed - not as promised "Not our problem !"

When I get 5G coverage NBN will be GONE !

We were able to locate your account using your community details and reviewed the report.

 

It appears that the NBN Co experienced a network outage that affected your service. The information was provided to us internally via the tools that they've given us.

 

We can detect that the internet is already working after they've fixed the fault within the network.
