PPP3 LCP Down (Constant Disconnections)

Hello,

 
For the past two weeks, I have been receiving constant disconnections (I have attached evidence from the provided router system log). I will be calling tomorrow to submit a ticket in order to resolve this issue as fast as possible. This is the second issue I have had with the TPG NBN service and has not allowed me to use my service properly. I can attach more images if required later.

Hi @jackmorris1804, we can see that the issue has been escalated to our Engineering Team.

 

We'll  make a follow up to fast track the resolution and will have the case engineer contact you  before 11am QLD time to discuss the progression of the case.

They can call on 04xxxxxxxx. As early as possible would be good as I really need to fix this issue ASAP.
