Password for wifi

Hi there,

TPG said they would email me my password and that hasn’t been done. Can you please let me know ASAP? I’m paying for Internet I can’t even use and every time I try to call there is a half an hour wait period.

The Wi-Fi password is normally indicated on a white sticker placed on the back or side of the modem.

We have located an account using your community details, but we'd like to make sure that we got the right one. Please PM us your TPG customer ID, username and complete address.
