Apparently the NBN guys have been waiting for some spare parts to arrive over the weekend and the entire Pennant Hills is out at the moment. But internet blackout for this long is unacceptable..

It has been 6 days already, when can we expect this to be resolved?? I had to purchase additional mobile data just to have internet access at home, which is absolutely ridiculous. The lack of alternative resources from TPG to assist its customers is extremely disappointing.
Based on the update from NBN Co., the third party has advised that there is currently no ETA available for when parts required for restoration will arrive.
We'll monitor the case and will post updates as soon as it becomes available.
