Pennant hills internet outage

Hi,

There has been an ongoing internet outage in Pennant Hills NSW 2120 since yesterday. I had being informed that the problem would be resolved by 4 PM yesterday, however, the outage persists, and I am facing difficulties as I have limited mobile data and my PC is unable to connect to a hotspot. This outage has had a significant impact on my work and studies, and I have urgent tasks to attend to. Could you please provide me with an update on the status of this issue? When can I expect it to be truly resolved?

Apparently the NBN guys have been waiting for some spare parts to arrive over the weekend and the entire Pennant Hills is out at the moment. But internet blackout for this long is unacceptable..

It has been 6 days already, when can we expect this to be resolved?? I had to purchase additional mobile data just to have internet access at home, which is absolutely ridiculous. The lack of alternative resources from TPG to assist its customers is extremely disappointing.

Based on the update from NBN Co., the  third party has advised that there is currently no ETA available for when parts required for restoration will arrive.

 

We'll monitor the case and will post updates as soon as it becomes available.
