I was away and had organised for my plan to be decreased while away for several months. I was told it would resume back to the original NBN FTTN 50 on September 1 for my return. It did not happen, so I have sent a request to change to NBN FTTN 50 via my app.
I have an email acknowledging the change, but still not activated. Please let me know when this will happen.
