Please process my NBN plan upgrading

Applied to upgrade from “NBN FTTN Broadband XXL Bundle Standard” to “NBN FTTN 50+$10 OZ Talk” $79.99/month last Friday. Received an email said will be processed within 1day, and debited $10 from my bank account, but until now this still not process. Could you please help me to have a check? Thanks.
