Hi @itren2011, what type of service do you have with us and has it worked properly before? 

 

Initial troubleshooting you can try is to restart the modem and check if you're getting the same speed on both wired and wifi connections.

I have home broadband with 100 MBPs service. I works fine, however every after 4-6 days it becomes slow. Whenever I call to the customer service. No response, sadly!
