I upgraded my NBN50 to superfast 200 plan prior to the 6 month trial period expiring. Speed tests during the trial period were always around 200Mbps but since I upgraded and received confirmation of the upgrade from TPG, I no longer receive speeds greater than 50Mbps. I've just run a speed test and it is returning 29/22Mbps.
Could you please advise how I can pass on my account details, for a technician to troubleshoot.
