Hi,

I just wanted to give the feedback that I have been a customer for nearly 20 years now and I have almost always been impressed by the excellent customer service I have received for both mobile and internet services. Well done TPG!!

I had another excellent customer service experience tonight and I really appreciate it. 

TPG willing to go above and beyond to make sure their connections are working at 100% and from what I know, other providers requires customers to undertake several thousand steps before even finding server side logs to show what is going on on a line which can be very frustrating.

Very much appreciated TPG, you guys are the best!
