Hiya,
I have my home phone set up with TPG but all I recieve is scam calls these days - up to 8 a day - so I want to disconnect the service.
What is the best way to go about his?

Hi @Wanga . Just unplug the phone from the router. If you are on a pay per month phone plan, change to $0 PAYG plan. You might be able to get another number.
Thanks David. I think I'm already on a PAYG plan... Will the pre-paid $ amount I have in the account be credited back to me? There doesn't seem to be anywhere I can do this.

@Wanga . Not sure. There is this thread from moderator but it might apply to SIM only plans (mobile phone), not necessarily the voip service with internet.
