Hi

As I have a trouble to set up the internet modem, I haven’t used your service yet. But it seems like the bills already taken from the bank. Could you please move the service start date when I can actually use your internet? Also, can I get the refund or use it for the next bills if the refund is not possible?

The technician from your company will visit this afternoon, so I want to move start day from today if the problem resolved. Thank you.
