Red light flashing and clicking noise- no internet

Hi I have checked for nBN outages and done all the troubleshooting checks but my internet went down last night during the storm. The modem is clicking and the Rex light is flashing. Please could TPG contact me to fix this ? I have logged a fault but no response

For customers experiencing any issues with their service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage.

 

Check our Service Status page for any known outages. If you're on NBN, we have created this article that can guide you on How to Check for NBN Network Outage 

 

If there are no known outages in your area, you can proceed with the troubleshooting steps indicated on this link: Troubleshooting No Internet Connection

I posted a fault yesterday morning to be told it was an NBN outage. Today I’m told its Not an Outage but a technician can’t come for 13 days . In the meantime I’m without internet to work. Does anyone think this is an acceptable service ?

Thanks but I had already done all of the things you said to do and I said that in my message. I was hoping that someone might be able to help me here. I’ve been told that a technician can’t come out until 19th Jan !!!
