Red optic light

Hi,
There was no power light in NBN box since yesterday lunch time. Now power light is back but optic light is red. I have completed reset, turned off the NBN box and restarted.

Any other suggestions?

Are you still getting a red optical light?

 

If yes, then we need to test the line and see if there's any fault affecting the service.

Sounds like a new NBN NTD box required. Fibre itself is impervious to lightning, but mains supplied equipment is not. TPG will arrange for NBN to replace when they've done their tests. No doubt you've sent a mod a private message with your full details?
