I have booked for Fiber connection on 4 March 2024. OrderId 7525042.
Since the order was not delivered till mid march So i have cancelled it.
But Its almost a month now and I am yet to receive a refund.
I have been following up with you guys on it over phone calls but every-time I am getting same message its under process.
Last time I even connected with one of your manager on same to refund my money but could not find any resolution. However she told she will get back to me but she never returned.
Luckily I have managed to get ticket number
13380392 on which I have connected with one of your customer relationship team member but after that also no response.
Could you please confirm the refund status for same.
