Regional NSW modem not connecting to interwebs via phone connection

So followed the instructions. Plugged the modem in and connected DSL port to phone wall jack via the supplied cable. Power indicator is on, the 2.4GHz and 5GHz light are on, but no action on the DSL and internet lights.

Think I am seeing the wireless network connection but have no idea of the network password for this modem, is it the same as the existing 4GL modem/router?

Still connecting to the web via the old modem, heck that one was easy peasy to setup here, but currently no luck via the super duper new one.
