I have requested a transfer of my service to my new address
How long will this take as I rely on my service for work

Hi @danielled85

 

Relocating your service will follow the normal installation time frame.

If the required equipment has been installed, then it may only take around 1 to 10 business days to get it active.

In case there's a fault encountered while we try to finalise the activation/installation of the service, then it may take longer.

 

We'd like to look into your account for further assessment.
