Remote control able/disable of home nbn

Basically I want to able the disable the home wifi to limit lazy teenagers from using wifi whenever I feel like it. I’ll use whatever powers I still have!
I’m done with Constantly changing passwords, black list or time schedules it doesn’t have the instant satisfaction. Also they are tech slick and sneaky at getting round these (Next employee of the month? Available for hire tpg) Especially when I’m at work and they are on school holidays….
Surely Hiding the router is not my only option. A On/off hot button that can ensure chores done before laziness and gaming start each day. Also just kicking them off when they are being rude, mid game or whatever! Is there a master switch i can use from my phone from anywhere. If so can you walk me through it in simple steps.

What's possible and how to do it varies.

Generally, there is a wifi schedule and remote management.

You need to consider physical security of the router so they can't just press reset button.

You should change the admin password.
