That is a little odd then. If the reboot doesn't help, can you please PM me your Mac and serial number on the bottom of your modem/router?

I have checked your service, and it has been up for the last 3 weeks with no dropouts. Can you please restart your NBN NTD and Modem/Router and retest your service?
The modem was changed by NBN contractors yesterday. So it would have been offline for 15mins or so yesterday.
Anyway. I will restart and let you know.
