Retrieve accidentally deleted emails

I accidentally deleted my emails and my email folders start deleting their contents when I open them.  Is there a way to retrieve them?  Thank you for any advice.

Hi @LindaMorrissey .

Have you deleted emails in Post Office or your email client? 

If Post Office, emails go to Trash folder and have to be deleted completely there (like Windows Recycle bin). Emails are deleted after 45 days in any folder.

If emails are being deleted from your email client folders, there might be a problem with your client.

Your client might have a "Deleted items" folder.
