Please retry payment impossible to log on its coming up wrong user name wrong password no one is picking up the phone at tpg i spent hours on the phone waiting

please take the payment from the Visa card there is enough funds

please make contact.

There are many options on this site but the most important one is never to be found!
You guys need to change this! The option of retrying payment is nowhere at the site while it should be the right in front of us?
I may have to leave TPG just because if a payment has failed , it takes me ages to find a way to retry payment

Hi @Cristina711

 

If you have NBN and has the old my account interface, you can click on "Check Your Current Balance" and from there, you can retry the payment. If you still require assistance, send a private message with your TPG customer ID or username.
