Ridiculous slow NBN speed

[NBN50]

Is this a joke? Just upgraded to SUPERFAST speed NBN50 plan and after being notified the change has been made looks like this is as good as it gets. Can't even get anywhere near an acceptable speed for the 50/20 plan.
