Router not working after power outage

Hi all. My apartment experienced a power outage last night. And my router has not been working since the power came back. DSL light is flashing and no internet connection. I've tried to unplug and replug the router multiple times and have reset the router but still no success. Any help on how to solve this is appreciated. My router model is vr1600v.
