When you send, is there an error message popup?
Or does the email stay in the outbox trying to be sent?
Is there anything in the inbox with details of an error?
@Teenbop1964 . Can you check that the outgoing mail server is the same as the incoming.
The outgoing port is 25. Security can be NONE (unencrypted) or there might be an option STARTTLS (encrypted).

If still no good, clear the outbox in the 3 clients, close down 2 and send a test email using the 3rd device. If it doesn't go, use Post Office to send the details to postmaster@tpg.com.au with your userid, date time trying to send, recipient and subject. The mail server might have detected some error.
