Slow 5G Home Broadband which just installed today

I received and installed the 5G Home Broadband device today but I found that the internet is very slow compared with previous provider. The TPG speedtest showed download speed of 0.9 Mbps and upload speed of 1.0 Mbps !

I think such speeds are not acceptable with 5G internet 50Mbps plan.

Please advise and help.
