Slow ADSL+2

Hi guys,

I’m also experiencing slow internet. Normally get speeds between 10-13mbps how since late November it has intermittently gone down to 2-3mbps. Restarting the modem had normally helped bring it back up. However since December it remains consistently at 2-3 mbps.

Have trouble shooter;
- Isolated device
- Changed ports
- Factory reset the modem

Could you please assist as I require the internet to run my business.
