Slow ADSL2+ Download speed

Hi, I have installed TPG ADSL2+ few weeks ago. To be honest, I haven't used it much because I find my own hotspot is 100x more faster than this ADSL2+. I am still waiting for the NBN to be available at my area. I want to cancel my current ADSL2+ service , I have tried all the steps to reconfirm the speed. Could you please help me with the cancellation. Thanks!
