Hi I am still experiencing slower internet speeds as mentioned previously - I am on 5G this has only chnaged over the last two weeks - I have completed all the trouble shooting with router etc but still no improvement - Please can you look into this as I work from home and this is impacting my day. Thanks
Hi @JH10 . When you say "5G", do you mean 5G Wireless Broadband (Sagemcom) which is 100/20, or do you mean the 5GHz wifi band on your router on a normal NBN connection? The speeds you mention on 1st March are normal.
Or, are you on FTTP/HFC Superfast (210/20) or Ultrafast (450/40) and only getting 110/35?
Do you get these speeds on wifi device or ethernet computer?
