My internet speed is between 5.8 and 33.2 Mbps and not 55 Mbps as it should be. Could you please fix it?

Thanks for raising this to us, we'd like to confirm what device is used on the speed test result. If its done using Wireless device(s) such as Smart Phone or Laptop connected via Wi-Fi, we recommend to run another test using laptop/desktop connected via LAN/Ethernet cable for comparative purposes and post the result on this thread.
