Slow NBN Cable 50 plan

I have a 50Mbps plan which is lucky to achieve 12Mbps please explain!

Log in to your modem and check the connection speed. It's the bottom box on the "Advanced " tab on the Archer. It's fast to do and it will tell you if it's the  modem/line(low connection speed) or the PC/network (normal connection speed)
