Slow NBN connection speeds

Hi Admin,

I have been getting very slow nbn speeds recently that I would like to check. I am on NBN 50 with TPG, yet I have been only getting download speeds on average of 10 mbps for the last few weeks. I understand the max speed available to my address is 30 mbps, and that getting top speed is not guaranteed, but this does seem to be very low. Also when running a speed test, my upload is almost as fast as my download speed which is concerning.  Can you please investigate and check why this is occuring ?
