I experienced the same issue a few months ago where my download and upload speeds had dropped.
A technician had visited the premises and recommended that the modem was replaced, which it was and the connection has been smooth since than until very recently.
There have been no changes to the connection, it is an isolated connection with 1 wall socket using a new TP link D9 modem.

Hi @Junyun, thanks for letting us know.
We have checked the status of your connection and we are not detecting any fault on the line or network at the moment.
As you may be aware, the actual speeds for ADSL services vary due to many factors including distance from the local telephone exchange, the quality of the customer's copper phone line, cabling and equipment.
Nevertheless, we can see that our system has recorded multiple connection dropouts and we have arranged a specialist to contact you and identify what is causing the issue.
If you have a preferred contact number and time, please send it via private message. Thank you.
Hi @Junyun, our Technical Team tried to contact you on the mobile number we have on file, but to no avail.
Please provide us your availability to receive a call for troubleshooting so we can advise the team to process a callback.
