Slow Upload Speed

Hi,

Would like ask what is the technique on how to speed up my upload speed & donwload speed.

The plan we have at the moment is nbn100.

The download speed is always around 9 to 11 mbps either morning midday or night.

Also with upload speed is always around 0.8 to 1 mbps.

I have put my test below.  please help soonest thanks

If you are experiencing issues with your NBN service, we recommend for customers to check if the service is affected by an NBN outage.

Here's an article that will guide you on How to Check for NBN Network Outage?

Once confirmed that there's no outage, then you may proceed to troubleshoot your Slow speed issue.

You may send one of the Community moderators your TPG username or customer ID number via PM if the issue persists.

I've checked the account and it appears that you are under the NBN12 plan.

You may choose if you'll upgrade to NBN50 or NBN100 speed tier in order to get a much faster connection speed.
