Slow to no Internet

I have done a speed test via my mobile and these are the results. That's on 5g n this is not a 5g phone. The test without 5g came back 00.00 download n 00.00 upload

What's the light status of the modem/router? Have you tried to relocate it near a window?

For the record, may we know what troubleshooting you have performed so far?

I replied to this message. Yes I've moved it. All the lights are on but I get no bars, 1 bar n 2 bars max of service.
