Hi.

Over the past couple of weeks maybe, whenever I do a Speedtest with the Ookla Speedtest App, my IP shows as iiNet, rather than TPG. This is consistent across all devices, Wi-Fi and Ethernet, Mac and PC.

Any ideas why this would be so?

FYI - I have been with TPG for many years.

Hi @DarkHalf

Welcome to the Community!

The IP address for our NBN service is Dynamic. This means that it has randomly changed from time to time.

The IP address that was given might be from iiNet when it was assigned to you, which is why it shows it's from iiNet.

Your service is under TPG NBN as we were able to locate your account.

If you need further assistance, please let us know.
