I signed up for TPG NBN on 2nd of April (3 weeks ago). Until today, the internet still does not work, even though I am paying for the service.
I phoned up last Friday and was told that the Internet would be active within 48 hours, well it's more than that now.

Can TPG please help to rectify this situation?

Thanks Karl, I did start speaking to them on the chat, but my computer crashed halfway. After restarting I was unable to get back in touch with anyone on the chat even after waiting a long time... so I switched to this forum.
