I received an email saying my nbn service has been activated. But when i plug the modem in, the internet light never comes on, even after waiting 30 minutes as recommended. DSL light turns on fine. Hi,   I signed up for TPG NBN on 2nd of April (3 weeks ago). Until today, the internet still does not work, even though I am paying for the service. I phoned up last Friday and was told that the Internet would be active within 48 hours, well it's more than that now.   My account number is : 6787707    Can TPG please help to rectify this situation?   Thanks, Wai ...
