Get online support
I am currently on the highest 5G home broadband plan. However I have been very disappointed with the upload speeds of this service.
Consistently for the past month I have had below or around 2mb/s upload speed. I have tried restarting and resetting the modem. While it works for a few mins, it then turns back into terrible upload speeds. The download speeds are fine but the slow upload speed makes it impossible to upload content for me.
i have call customer support but no solution has ever been presented, the response is always the technician will have a look.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
