Superfast Plan - Speed Issue

Hi, I was originally on the 100mbit plan, then received the free 6 month upgrade. I was offered the 200mbit for $85 per month when that expired, and I switched to the 200mbit superfast plan on the 24th. My speeds have dropped to 100mbit.
I have been with TPG for more than 5 years and now I have to pay more and enjoy a slower speed ???

Did you test the speed via WiFi or Wired connection? Do you have the TPG provided modem/router or you are under the NBN BYO plan?
