Dear TPG Admin Support,
I've decided to switch from our current existing NBN Broadband plan [FTTC] (with landline VoIP phone) to 5G Broadband service. But I wanted to know these details:
1/ Switch from current NBN FTTC Internet + Landline VoIP service to 5G Broadband service
2/ Is retaining VoIP landline service possible?
3/If so, how can this be done?
Hi @huynhmik, for existing TPG NBN customers with landline, we are offering a Virtual Phone Service.
Virtual Phone is a Call Forwarding service that allows customers to keep their existing TPG landline number and forward calls to any standard Australian number (landline or mobile). Making calls and all other phone features will be unavailable.
