'Synchronizing subscribed folders ERROR

Task 'Synchronizing subscribed folders for rkjones9@icloud.com.' reported error (0x800CCC0E) : 'Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders for rkjones9@icloud.com. Error: Cannot connect to the server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

 

Can anyone please help me resolve this issue

I have this problem right now, but I don't have a MAC, so what do I do please?

May we know the exact error that you are getting and the type of operating system that you are using?

The message I am getting is:

Task 'Synchronizing subscribed folders for jemowens@tpg.com.au.' reported error (0x800CCC0E) : 'Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders for jemowens@tpg.com.au. 
Error: Cannot connect to the server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'
 
I am using Windows 10.

This appears to be a common error on Outlook emails.
