Since changed to nbn last month, my 5G internet almost dropped off every day. I had a few chats with TPG support, basic troubleshooting and even reset the modem back to the factory and the issues with 5G dropping off (could not get IP address) never resolved up to now.
I am not sure the issues because of the modem or TPG. I don't want that every time the 5G dropping off I have to turn off and on the modem or call/chat with TPG for the support which we will have to go thru again and again the basic troubleshooting. A few friends of mine using other providers and they are have a better luck that made me thinking to leave TPG for a better and piece in mind internet services.
