I have received this error message

Sending of the message failed.
An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: [TPG-A02] Authentication denied.
User xxxxxxxxxx@txxxxxxxx is banned from using SMTP AUTH due to previous abuse.
Please verify that your email address is correct in your account settings and try again.

After researching in the TPG Community I found this fix.

1. Change you TPG account password online: https://www.tpg.com.au/home/myaccount

2. After changing the password Wait for 15-30 minutes before testing the mail

I changed the password and it worked ok for a while.

Now 24 hrs later, I am receiving the error again.

What are the next steps to fix this problem.

Hi @nelgnej,

Since you have performed the basic troubleshooting, we will raise this directly to our Postmaster.

Please shoot us a PM with your TPG E-mail address. How to send a PM?

Regards,
